’t Blauwe Theehuis is a unique monumental building, distinct in its round form and blue and white colour. It was designed in 1937 by the Baanders borthers in the Nieuwe Bouwen style. The second floor terrace offers a lovely view across the Vondelpark. With an outdoor capacity for 700 guests, its terrace is one of Europe’s largest, and when the sun shines it fills up quickly with locals and tourists. ?
